BIOGRAPHY

Crystal, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and Director of Counseling at 国标麻豆视频APP, joined the 国标麻豆视频APP Counseling team in August 2018. She earned her Bachelors of Social Work from Eastern Kentucky University and her Masters of Social Work from Campbellsville University. With nearly two decades of experience in the field, Crystal has worked in in-home and in-school counseling, nonprofit leadership, and private practice.

Her counseling approach integrates evidence-based practices, with a particular emphasis on Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT). She is also trained in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and incorporates elements of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT). In addition to her clinical work, Crystal has provided mental health consultation and mediation services to organizations, helping to strengthen communication and promote healthier environments.

Crystal鈥檚 areas of focus include trauma, anxiety, mood disorders, identity development, grief, self-esteem, and relationship challenges. She is committed to supporting students as they navigate the transitions and challenges of college life with compassion, clarity, and practical tools for growth.
